Centennials

Centennial (Score 2 - 62) - Unclassified millennial. An individual exhibiting the predominant beliefs, traits, and behaviors of one of the last two generations of the 1900's (i.e Generation X, Baby Boomers). Displaying little to no signs of device dependency. Social connectivity is low or irregular. Primary beliefs influenced by childhood experiences devoid of high internet or technology exposure. Essential personal traits and beliefs formed by family traditions, religion, class and ethnic culture (i.e. nationality, race, tribes etc). Primary behavior is non-millennial.

Associated Work Behavior: Centennials thrive the best in work environments that are slow paced, highly technical, skill specific, and require patience, deep thought and consideration to perform. Centennials communicate best with other Centennials, or Alphas that can share or understand their calculated methodological approach to work tasks. Key defining work behaviors exhibited most by centennials are patience, deliberateness, and risk-averseness.

Primary Social Behavior: Centennials tend to function mostly as introverts. Introverts look toward the internal private world of their self and their inner thoughts and feelings, rather than toward the outer world of people and things. Introverts are relatively more withdrawn, retiring, reserved, quiet, and deliberate; they may tend to mute or guard expression of positive affect, adopt more skeptical views or positions, and prefer to work independently.
